Custom-Built Transport Frame for Oven Panels

The AXIS Industrial team provided the solution in the form of this purpose-built transport frame, specifically engineered to accommodate the oversized oven panels while allowing them to be transported safely using standard freight equipment. By designing and manufacturing the custom frame, AXIS was able to help TMM Repairs achieve significant cost savings on shipping from Perth to Melbourne without compromising cargo protection or transport efficiency.

Traction & Mining Motor Repairs had a logistics problem in shipping these oven panels to Melbourne. The panels were too wide and too high to sit as a flat pack, making standard transport impossible and creating significant cost implications. The challenge required an engineered frame that could accommodate oversized panels while fitting standard transport vehicles for the Perth to Melbourne journey. This engineering solution delivered significant shipping cost savings for TMM Repairs while ensuring the oversized oven panels arrived intact in Melbourne, keeping the project on schedule and within budget.
