VpCI®-105 Plastic Emitter

AXIS Industrial supplies the Cortec VpCI®-105 Plastic Emitter, a compact corrosion protection device designed to safeguard metal components inside enclosed spaces such as electrical cabinets, control panels, switchgear boxes, and equipment housings across Perth and Western Australia.

The VpCI®-105 Plastic Emitter releases vapour phase corrosion inhibitors that form an invisible molecular layer on exposed metal surfaces. This protective barrier prevents corrosion caused by humidity, salt, and airborne contaminants while leaving no residues or coatings on sensitive equipment.

Cortec VpCI®-105 Corrosion Protection Emitter

The VpCI®-105 Plastic Emitter is engineered to provide continuous corrosion protection in small to medium enclosed environments where metals are vulnerable to moisture and contaminants. Once installed, the emitter gradually releases corrosion inhibiting vapours that protect all exposed metal surfaces inside the enclosure.

Its compact plastic housing allows simple installation inside electrical panels, control cabinets, fuse boxes, and other sealed equipment environments, providing reliable long-term corrosion protection across Perth industrial facilities, mining sites and WA operations.
