VpCI®-111 Plastic Emitter

AXIS Industrial supplies the Cortec VpCI®-111 Plastic Emitter designed to protect metal components inside enclosed spaces such as electrical cabinets, control panels, fuse boxes, and equipment housings across Perth and Western Australia.

The VpCI®-111 Plastic Emitter releases vapour phase corrosion inhibitors that form an invisible molecular layer on exposed metal surfaces. This protective barrier prevents corrosion caused by humidity, salt, and airborne contaminants while leaving no residues or coatings on sensitive equipment.

Cortec VpCI®-111 Corrosion Protection Emitter

The VpCI®-111 Plastic Emitter provides continuous corrosion protection inside small to medium enclosed environments where metals are vulnerable to moisture and contaminants. Once installed, the emitter releases corrosion inhibiting vapours that protect exposed metal surfaces within the enclosure.

Its compact design allows quick installation inside electrical panels, control cabinets, switchgear enclosures, and other sealed equipment environments throughout Perth industrial facilities and WA mining and marine operations.
