VpCI®-132 Foam Pad

AXIS Industrial supplies the Cortec VpCI®-132 Foam Pad designed to safeguard metal components during storage, transport, and export packaging across Perth and Western Australia. These foam pads combine protective cushioning with Vapour Phase Corrosion Inhibitor (VpCI®) technology.

The VpCI®-132 Foam Pad releases corrosion inhibiting vapours that form an invisible molecular layer on exposed metal surfaces, protecting them from humidity, salt, and airborne contaminants while also providing physical cushioning during handling and transport.

Cortec VpCI®-132 Corrosion Protection Foam Pads

VpCI®-132 foam pads provide dual protection by combining packaging cushioning with corrosion prevention technology. When placed inside crates, containers, or equipment packaging, the foam pad gradually releases corrosion inhibiting vapours that protect surrounding metal surfaces.

The foam structure also absorbs vibration and impact during transport, making it ideal for protecting sensitive equipment, metal components, and precision parts in export packaging and long-term storage across Perth industrial facilities and WA mining and logistics operations.
