Heavy duty machinery skids are commonly used when equipment requires a secure transport base but does not require a fully enclosed crate or case. Their open design allows easy forklift and crane access while providing strong structural support for heavy machinery during loading, storage, and long-distance transport.

Each skid is custom designed to match the dimensions, weight distribution, and handling requirements of the equipment being transported. Additional blocking, bracing, and mounting points can be incorporated to secure machinery and prevent movement throughout the logistics chain.
